Career Planning, Professional Development Planning, Information Advice and Guidance (IAG)...whatever we choose to call it, one of the services available to you as an NCSP Full Member is access to information and guidance about your career and professional development. This means your artform practice skills, business and/or management skills, and any other skills that you identify which will help you develop your career in the creative and cultural sector.
What does this mean?
- You can email us with a question/query and we'll get back to you
- You can telephone the office and speak to a member of staff about your individual needs
- Or if you would like to have a more in-depth discussion, you can book a one-one Professional Development Planning session

What is Professional Development Planning?
- It's about someone working with you so you can make well informed and realistic decisions for yourself about your development needs
- It's not about telling you what to do
- It's an opportunity to discuss your development needs in depth, and it can help provide you with options for moving forward
