Aims
1. Provide professional development and guidance services to the cultural sector workforce to enable the development of careers and businesses
2. Identify, manage and provide resources for professional development for the cultural sector workforce
3. Understand and represent the cultural sector workforce on skills and professional development issues
4. Working with employers, providers and other stakeholders, provide information and services to inform the delivery of skills and workforce development programmes
5. Build the capacity of NCSP for effective systems for governance and management of resources
Organisational Development

Prioritise the development of a business model for a regional framework for provision of Information Advice and Guidance/Professional Development Planning services for the cultural sector
Test the market for employer related services with a view to establishing an employers membership category
Research and develop partnership relationships to expand NCSP’s reach across the cultural sector
